摘要

Recent years, the construction of logistics park attracts the attentions across all level of the Chinese Governments, however, there is few successful case related to this area. The purpose of this paper is to use the public-private partnerships (PPPs) which may contributes potentially to the construction of logistics park with regard to the state quo of China, we will analyze the content of the PPPs and categorize it to different models. Regarding the case in Suzhou, we design different investment and development models for logistics park, analyze the risk allocation of PPPs in logistics park. Meanwhile, we will suggest some perspectives which are worth concerning when we construct the logistic park by using PPPs.
