The key state information index and sensing scheme of distribution substation are established, and a software and hardware scheme is designed and developed for the monitoring and safety warning system of power distribution substation. This new system can greatly improve the intelligent and automatic level of distribution substation, which has the advantages of simple operation, powerful function and low cost, which has great practical value.
