摘要

Induction motor is known by robustness, simplicity and low cost of maintenance. However, it is subjected to mechanical, electro-dynamical efforts and overload, which leads to appearance of faults. In this context, this paper deals with the modeling and diagnosis of induction motor in event of stator faults.For that, a mathematical model based on Magnetic Coupled Electrical Circuits Approach (MCEC) is developed to diagnosis the stator faults in induction motors. Simulation results are carried-out to confirm the effectiveness of the developed mathematical model.
