摘要

The fan disk is an important part of aero-engine,playing an important role in carrying largesizefan blades.In this paper,the titanium alloy fan disk with arc tenon is researched as that:firstly,fast optimization of a two-dimensional structure of fan disk is conducted,with the targetof minimum stress at the fan disk hub and deformation coordinate at the fan disk rim;secondly,structure simulation of the fan disk is finished with three-dimensional finite element technology,considering the contact effect of the fan disk and fan blade,and credible and accurate analysisresults of the fan disk's strength and stiffness are given;Finally,based on Manson-coffin formula,low cycle fatigue analysis of the fan disk is conducted.
