At present, only the relationship of the teaching feasibility of words is considered in the mainstream English teaching method, but such things as the content collocation of English teaching is not. In this paper, the method of the feasibility analysis of the English intelligent digital teaching fusing memory multiple storage model is proposed. Memory multiple storage model is introduced in this method in English intelligent digital teaching and it includes teaching feasibility information, intelligent digital teaching and other English teaching content collocation information. The experimental results show that the accuracy and recall rate of this method are 88.76% and 87.43% respectively, and the comprehensive index f value is 6.65% higher than the teaching feasibility analysis of memory multiple storage model.
