摘要

Alter food quantity safety problems solved, people put more energy into food quality safety problems. At present, the overall vegetable quality is not high, pesticide residues is the direct cause of the fall of average value in vegetable export and rejected entry with threatening the life and health of people.Therefore, vegetable quality safety problems in China, has become the focus of public attention and the government, and also has become key factors of our country's international competitiveness, sustainable increasing vegetable farmers' income and the comprehensive construction well-off society. Therefore this paper is the pressure -state -response framework (PSR) logic thoughts, constructing the target strata, criterion layer and index level three-layer co extrusion 15 index component index system. The index selection can fully explain system accurately reflecting system alert status.
