This paper, by making use of related data of fiscal fund for agriculture and various types of farmers' income from 1985 to 2006, builds VEC model based on systematic and cointegrating analysis and then conducts an empirical analysis on the long-term and short-term relationship between farmers' income and capital of fiscal fund for agriculture.The results show that fiscal fund for agriculture has prominent long-term and short-term effect on farmers' income from various channels.Different programs of fiscal fund for agriculture play different roles in influencing farmers' income.Farmers' salary income and total transferable income is influenced by structure of fiscal fund for agriculture in the long run and vice versa, farmers' average net income and household productive operation income is influenced by structure of fiscal fund for agriculture in the short run.
