The data of DPA (diphenylamine)of a kind of propellant which has been stored in the natural environment for more than 30 years is given, a corresponding mathematics model for the data processing is made and the estimating method for the safe storage life is described in this paper. Based on the test results and the method of data processing, we can draw a conclusion that the safe storage life of the propellant will exceed 56 years with 90 percent of the confidence level.
