摘要

Three kinds of artifical redox proteins have been designed and prepared in order to discuss the applicability of them for the facile electron transferrign interfaces between redox enzxymes and electrode materials.At first,ferrocene derivative-modified bovine serum albumin was prepared and was adsorbed together with fructose dehydrogenase on the conductive SnO_2 electrode to fabricate an enzyme sensor for furtose.Secondly,avidins which were chemically modified with anthraquinonyl group or pyrroloquinoline quinone were prepared.They were assembled onto biotin-modified gold electrode surfaces and teir redox properties at the surface-bound state were electrochemcially studied.At third,the genetically enineered streptavidin into which a redox-active nonatural amino acid,anthraquinonylalanine was incorporated at a specific site was synthesized and characterized as an artifical redox protein.
