摘要

Thermally triggered aggregation of elastin-like polypeptides (ELP) has great potential for thermally targeting ELP-drug conjugates to solid tumors. Because ELP-mediated targeted delivery of chemotherapeutics will require efficient cellular uptake and sub-cellular trafficking, we have examined the uptake of ELPs as a function of temperature by three different cancer cell lines and its cellular distribution in vitro.
