摘要

[Objective] The relationship between occupational stress and working ability, and their influence factors were studied. 497 workers in 3 different plants were investigated. [Methods] The occupational stress questionnaires (OSQ) and working ability indexes (WAI) were filled. [Results] The WAI in the female was 36.48±4.46, and it was 36.13±4.29 in the male. Both were no significantly difference (P > 0.05). The score of related job demands, the female was significantly higher than that in the male (P < 0.0. 5) . The correlation on coping ability, mental satisfactory, mental calmness and working ability was negative. [Conclusion:] The occupational stress could decrease the working ability of the workers.
