摘要

Based on the characteristics of the wind load and response of membrane structures, the thin airfoil aerodynamic theory is applied to calculate air inertia load of the membrane structures for unsteady flows in the paper. Vortex method is used to derive the formula of added air mass of membrane and the theoretical results are gained at the first time. Some useful results are obtained through analyzing the effects of inertial load caused by the added air mass for dynamic response properties of membrane structures.
