摘要

The object is Studying boiler of 600MW power station in Panshan power plant (the plant is building). It bases on field test data that got from cool status test plate of 600MW power in Harbin Boiler Works Co.Ltd. Commerce application program FLUENT is very famous calculating fluid field software which introduce from USA. It is adopted first time. Using FLUENT calculate fluid field from the furnace to end gas flue. Various method of meshing is adopted in calculating. Test data compare with calculated result in many cases. By calculating, main point is mastered for FLUENT software useful in analysis cool status fluid field of utility boiler. Checking result, FLUENT shows fast of convergence speed and good stability. It is satisfy that apply in power station equipment production. In this term, calculated result (especial fluid field distributed tendency) is almost same test data. It is very good in Modeling.
