Along with the knowledge economy arrival, more and more entrepreneurs realize that the traditional performance measurement system which emphasizes short-term and past achievement can not conform with the request of the enterprise strategic management and its financial performance measurement in the information age any more. At the historic moment, the performance measurement based on strategy arises. Through the analysis and appraisal to EVA system which is one of the strategic performance measurement models, this article shows the importance of china to establish EVA system as well as the problems should be paid attention to during application process, from which it also puts forward several proposals on it.
