Industrial designing (ID) is key to from "made in China" to "created in China". Industrial designing is the leading field to the innovative development of manufacturing industry. Today we are at the starting point of China's development of innovation. Facing with the transfer of global manufacturing center, with the upcoming era of "created in China", under the background of global economic integration, China should attach importance to the construction of some key sectors such as training for designing intelligence and technical innovation. Thereby the "made in China to created in China" which the Chinese government proposed can be done efficiently.

机译：工业设计（ID）是从“中国制造”到“中国创造”的关键。工业设计是制造业创新发展的主导领域。今天，我们处于中国创新发展的起点。面对全球制造业中心的转移，随着“中国创造”时代的到来，在全球经济一体化的大背景下，中国应重视一些关键领域的建设，如设计情报和技术创新培训。因此，中国政府提出的“中国制造到中国创造”可以有效地完成。
