The purpose of this study was to identify the perceived usefulness of the key components of an Electronic Performance Support System (EPSS) and their relative contributions to explaining the perceived benefits resulting from the implementation of EPSS in business organizations during implementation. A survey instrument was developed to measure the perceived usefulness of the six key components of an EPSS and the perceived benefits of EPSS implementation
