摘要

It is a basic approach to expand domestic demand, manage the deflation, and realize the continuous economic development that upgrades consumption structure. This thesis believes, consumption structure upgrade is a fundamental way to realize basic goal of economic development, it is an ultimate pulling force of industrial structure upgrade. It is a strong impulse of the scientific and technological progress. It is a internal motive to make the economic increase continuously. On one hand, the key that the consumption structure upgrades lies on the adequate economic development, on the other hard, the continuous and steady economic development is promoted by consumption structure upgrade. So far as our country, income level, industrial structure, product structure, consumption policy, other factors restrict the consumption structure and consumption policy and other factors restrict the consumption structure upgrade, which has a indirect influence on the economic development. Thereby, it is necessary to generate efficient strategy that can hasten consumption structure upgrade in order to promote economic development. Thus, it can promote the steady and stabilized growth of national economy.
