BOT, a modern project-financing pattern, has become more and more popular allover the world since 1980s. In this area, venture analysis and judgment are very important for investment decision-making. In this paper, the author analyzes the venture resource and structure in BOT projects, establishes a multifactor indicator system for evaluating BOT projects venture and presents a fuzzy overall evaluation model. The results can be helpful for investment decision-making of BOT projects.
