摘要

Longjiang hydropower station is composed of concrete double curvature arch dam,water diversion system in left bank, ground factory building. The total storage capacity of reservoir is 12. 17×108 m3; it is a large scale dam of first-class engineering; the max dam height is 115 meters. Especially, this project is located in the border of China and Burma;the dam safety has a unique influence on the downstream area. For safety during construction period and flood forecasting during operation period, it is necessary to build hydrological data telemetering and forecasting system, considering the condition of drainage area, H -ADCP was introduced into the current measuring station, the superiority characters of real-time,accuracy and high-efficiency was fully applied, the target of flood prediction during construc-tion period was carried out,information guarantee was provided for dam safety against flood during construction period. The composition of flood forecasting system was introduced;flood prediction method and system structure design was provided as well, which could be taken as reference for similar project.
