摘要

Non-elastic deformation of semicrystalline polybutyleneterephtalate, strained under and above Tg to different extents, was studied from calorimetric measurements and strain recovery tests. For both the temperature conditions the results showed that straining provides two deformation components: one recoverable in time and another one irreversible, this latter appearing from relatively low levels of strain. The recorevable component can also be erased by heating the material at temperature much higher than Tg.
