摘要

In this study, briefly presented here, the micromechanisms of deformation (cavitation, amorphous flow, crystallites deformation) are studied on a wide range of strain-rate and temperature (ductile regime (Ⅰ) and pseudo-brittle (Ⅱ) one). The mechanical behaviour characteristic of regime Ⅰ is regarded as a generalized plastic deformation regime where cavitation and amorphous flow are competitive process, whereas in regime Ⅱ, PVDF would exhibit a localized deformation regime.
