We study Streater's models which describe the evolution of the density of a cloud of particles in an external potential and a temperature, coupled through a Poisson equation. We introduce an entropy and consider stationary solutions in a bounded domain, or in an unbounded domain with a confining external potential. The (relative) entropy controls the convergence of time-dependent solutions to the stationary ones.
