This paper presents that the evaporative cooling air condition technique has a wide prospect of applications in China. It plays an important role in improving the thermal environment, desiccant cooling and pre-cooling the fresh air flow, etc, and keeping health and so on. This paper analyzes the applications of the evaporative cooling air condition technique in regions with different climate styles in China in detail, and it provides the necessary theoretical foundation.
