The phenomenon that main steam temperature of #1 boiler in a power station in Shenzhen was lower than target, which had influenced the unit's operation safely and economically. The main reason had lied in saturated steam entrained moisture. This paper discusses reasons about the saturated steam entrained moisture, and theoretically analyses and calculates of the main factors for boiler's safe and economical operation.
