摘要

The paper built factor structure model of SD in China through factor analysis. The main views of this paper are as follows. ①Development of society and economy shows the shape of "7". ②Situation of pollution is heavy in MiddleChina and EastChina, light in WestChina. ③Condition of ecology degradation is heavy in WestChina and light in EastChina, heavy in NorthWest and light in SouthChina. ④Environment and development of China in time sequence is tallied with the law of "U" of EKC. And 29 provinces respectively have contact with adverse stage with unlike speed (acceleration) of environment and development of "U" curve, same-direction stage with unlike speed (acceleration) of environment and development and same-direction stage with unlike speed (deceleration) of environment and development.
