Intellectualized vehicle automatic transmission is now the trend of the automatic transmission technology, which greatly improves vehicles' performance, efficiency and greatly alleviates the driver's working intensity. Combined with the complicated and execrable environment and changeful working characteristic of construction vehicle, this paper established dynamic simulation analysis models of the typical Construction vehicle and its automatic transmission system. Appling simulating human intelligent fuzzy control technology, adopting the form of two inputs and one output, created a controller which controls the vehicle to perform the corresponding and high efficiency transmission mode automatically based on the different working conditions. Under the precondition of sufficient traction capability of construction vehicle, simulating human intelligent fuzzy controller is used to ensure the engine working in the steady and efficient state, and the engine throttle in the economic range, in order to meet the best economical requirement of construction vehicle in the continuous changing process of construction vehicle working state. The control system can predict the system performance, evaluate the shift strategy, and simulate the transient dynamic process, analyze the shift control algorithm. In order to realize the simulation, a drive model, a driving condition model and a test formulation model are established to control the simulation process, and the control algorithm is studied. Through the simulating test and analysis in the above dynamic simulation analysis model, the simulating human intelligent fuzzy control of construction vehicle automatic transmission is approved feasible. In conclusion, the theoretical research and the application technology presented in the dissertation improve the performance of vehicle automatic transmission system, especially that of the construction vehicle automatic transmission system. The research results are valuable for the application of intellectualized control of the automatic transmission systems.
