摘要

The main factors affecting pressure impact in open hydraulic circuit during switching of spool-type directional-control valves, and their affecting extent are analyzed theoretically in this paper. Modern electro-control technology is adopted to regulate timely oil pump's displacement to realize optimal matching between the output of the oil pump and the requirement of a hydraulic system. In addition, a hydraulic accumulator is installed in the return line as an assistant measure. The pressure impact resulting from spool shifting is reduced extremely, and the aim that a hydraulic system is energy-saving, environment-protecting, and reliable is realized really. Experimental studying for those measures' validity in the concrete pump model HBTS60 is carried out systematically, and satisfactory effects are acquired.
