摘要

The down coiler in the hot rolled production line of steel plate is a kind of complicated equipment integrating mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electric, and control technique. The hot rolling mill manufacturers famous in the world are developing and applying the jump electro-hydraulic servo system with position and pressure control (for short, AJC stepped control) to manage the actions of the coiling arm because the rolling technology requires higher and higher rapidity, accuracy and reliability for its equipment. Computer simulation is carried out on basis of research and analysis for the full scale model aiming at the 1500 hot rolling line coiler system which is self-designed and manufactured domestically as well as put into production recently. The analog test was also made after the model simplified. This paper compares and analyzes result of the simulation and the analog test to demonstrate that established model is practical and effective and simultaneously provide reference for optimum design of the system and realization of actual control scheme.
