摘要

This paper mainly deals with the tooth shape designing of internal gear pumps. Integrating with the computer-aided design and precise computer-aided drawing, we analysed the interference and structure of tooth shape in detail. On the premise of fulfill intensity demand and displacement standard, we choose the gear parameters exactly, put forward the different tooth dedendum coefficient and addendum coefficient for the external gear and internal gear and set up a suit of unique design method for internal gear pumps. These make the tooth shape designing even more reasonable.
