摘要

The thermal simulation technology is adopted to obtain the simulated welding HAZ mi-crostructures in 2205 duplex stainless steel. By keeping the peak temperature constant, the effect of cooling time in different stages( t_(12/8) and t_(8/5)) on microstructures of the welding HAZ is investigated. It is indicated that the cooling time has significant influence on the microstructures of HAZ in 2205 steel. If the cooling time t_(12/8) is constant,the microstructures almost keep the same with the cooling time t_(8/5) increasing. If the cooling time t_(8/5) is kept constant, the ferrite content decreases with the cooling time t_(12/8) increasing.
