摘要

This paper aims at analyzing problems of establishment and management of corporate internal knowledge market. The necessity and feasibility of establishing corporate internal knowledge market are expounded. Models of knowledge market based on KM and Intranet are proposed.The paper discusses problems of some market elements-Exchange platform, knowledge product, knowledge value and price, and etc. Most importantly, the operational mechanism of internal knowledge market is studied and illustrated. Last but not least, it is pointed out that the purpose of establishing the internal knowledge market is to achieve knowledge share and knowledge innovation within corporation, so as to increase and strengthen corporate core competition.
