The modern enterprises are facing with overload information. How to cope with the flux data and transform it into knowledge and then to improve the enterprise value and management skill is a great challenge. Knowledge management is the process of managing organizational knowledge to create business value, sustain competitive advantage through knowledge sharing, generate new ideas, solve problems and apply the knowledge gained from customer interactions to maximize business growth and value. This paper firstly addressed the main aspects of knowledge management, which includes the Producing(creating) new knowledge internally, within a corporation; Improving formal and informal flows of knowledge among individuals and teams and Tapping into external sources of new knowledge. Secondly introduced the main knowledge management(KM) and Enterprise Architecture(EA) programs and their main characteristics were illustrated. Finally we discussed how to integrate the organization knowledge management with the Enterprise Architecture(EA) to improve the enterprise management level.
