Competitive pay represents an accelerator for companies to approach success and a driving power to keep companies growing continually. It is the aim of every enterprise to get the support from staff by designing a competitive pay system that will enable the company to continue growing and developing. This article probes the enlightenment to pay reform in China s enterprises through introducing the present situation of pay reform in Britain.
