At first, this paper locates the customer order decoupling point once more, and probes into the application of postponement strategy in the production system of virtual organization; then on the basis of MRP Ⅱ and layered dynamic bill-of-materials(BOM), we put forward a production planning and controlling pattern of virtual organization. This pattern has better elasticity together with flexibility, the manufacture proportion of individualizing production can be decreased, the complexity and difficulty against the production planning and controlling of virtual organization are cut down.
