We investigate the properties of the entangled two-atom dark states under the influence of the center-of-mass motion of two two-level atoms coupling to a single quantized standing wave mode. We analyze the effects of the dipole-dipole interaction between the atoms and of fluorescence emission from the atoms on these states.
