According with specialties of the middle and small-scale ports in China, the paper summarizes the evaluation criteria and the attributes to the project-selection of the Lin-gang industry development. On the foundation of these elements, the paper takes the for example to show how to apply the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy synthesis evaluation model to evaluate and select the appropriate projects for the lin-gang industry development of Yantai port. As well, the paper also gives some discussion and concluding remarks on this model.
