摘要

With China's entering into the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the development of the economic reform and opening to the outside world, China's logistics field can not compatible with the social and economic development What's more, it becomes the bottleneck of its expansion. That is because China's logistics is in the initial stage of the modem logistics according to the characteristics and trend of the modem logistics' development It is quite easy to say that comparing to developed counties and regions, China's logistics are left far more behind. Then how to seize the chance of China's entering WTO and promote the reform and development of China's logistics become an important issue which China has to face. So this paper mainly focuses on this and puts forward some suggestions.
