In worldwide diamond industries; there are so many modifications taking place. Modification and implementation of new techniques play a major role in diamond market and in jewelry design. The overall aim is to see that each system fulfils its functions. The approach is to adopt a philosophy of continuous improvements. Rather than seeking, highly innovative manufacturing system design on a narrow front, all aspect of manufacturing system should be the subject of continuous refinement in diamond cutting. By having CNC (PLC) bruting machine and computer system with web camera, images of rough diamonds are captured, they are saved as BMP files or on-line image sending is also possible with the help of internet messenger services. With the help of CAD/CAM software it is able to produce G and M codes, at other centre and the same is sent back to the manufacturer for bruting different shapes of diamonds. This will be helpful if the manufacturer doesn't have either the CAD/CAM software or capability to write programs for CNC machine for part programming. By using Web Camera and CAD/CAM technologies maximum weight of diamond can be obtained. By using CNC machine it is possible to get higher production rate and better quality of diamond with higher accuracy. Methods have been highlighted in this paper towards this direction.
