In this paper, based on the methodology and theory of the knowledge processing offered by Intelligence Engineering, a two-layer parallel and hierarchical structure, named IIU (Integrated Intelligent Unit) is proposed, to serve as IIU for Concurrent Engineering, by which, the knowledge processing of the whole life cycle of product for Concurrent Engineering is realized.
