A cold extrusion forming technology of plug is analyzed in detail. Its technological data and the design of tooling structure of plug are discussed in this paper, and the design that the system architecture and die structure and key technology of the cold shaped automatic extrusion machine of plug extremity was accomplished. The DC-typed extremity shaped machine that developing with a cold extrusion forming technology can not only finish the processing of delivering material, extruding forming and cutting-off material automatically, And the production efficiency and material use ratio increases greatly, the manufacturing cost decreases obviously, and the parts quality of cold extruded plug is ensured, but also it can enhance the rigidity and intension at two ends of plug.
