摘要

In the design of steel-made cylinder pressure vessel and vertical storage tank, the technicians used to employ traditional design method to calculate, design, and draw manually. The design procedure is tedious, the design workload is heavy, the design period is long; the design drawing isn't standard. This method can't adapt to the rapid development of oil industry and needs to be reformed. CAD technology, modern design method, not only completely replaces the traditional mechanical design methods, but also improves design efficiency and design quality.
