摘要

This paper deals with a modeling process of electromechanical coupling dynamic equation of a hybrid elastic five-bar linkage mechanism system. Based on the air-gap field of non-uniform airspace of two-phase AC servomotor caused by the vibration eccentricity of rotor, the servomotor element, which defined the transverse vibration and torsional vibration of the servomotor as its nodal displacement, is established. Through analyzing the electromechanical coupling relation in the real running state of servomotor, the mass matrix and stiffness matrix of the servomotor element are deduced respectively. In the element analysis of the mechanism, the links of linkage mechanism are simulated using beam element, and the mass matrix and stiffness matrix of the beam element are established respectively. An electromechanical coupling dynamic model of the system, which including electromagnetic parameters of the servomotors and structural parameters of the elastic linkages, is established by the finite element method in the end. This paper is the base for further study on the dynamic characteristics of this kind of electromechanical system, such as stability, multiple resonance and so on.
