摘要

An experimental study was carried out on the cyclic deformation of SS304 stainless steel under uniaxial and non-proportionally multiaxial cyclic loading at 350℃ and 700℃. The study focused on the multiaxial ratcheting of the material at high temperatures. The ratcheting of SS304 stainless steel was investigated under uniaxial and non-proportionally multiaxial cyclic stressing with four kinds of loading paths, i.e. linear, rhombic, circular and butterfly-type path. As auxiliary tests, the cyclic hardening/softening behaviors were also investigated under uniaxial and multiaxial cyclic loading paths since they had great effect on the ratcheting behavior of the material. Some significant conclusions are obtained, which are very useful to construct a constitutive model for non-proportionally multiaxial ratcheting of the material at high temperatures.
