摘要

NC machine tools is a Multi-body system which consists of many parts by various joints, building kinematic link modeling and analyzing precision by using the theory of Multi-body system for NC machine tools in the article, through analysis the machining errors of NC machine tools, especially to build and analyse installation error modeling between cutter and work-piece, and distinguish the parameters of installing the error of the cutter system. Using Multi-body model to realize in processing actually the error is compensated, the experimental result has indicated that it is obvious to compensate the result.
