摘要

Now enterprise alliance is the focus to promote the competence ability of enterprises. However, About 60% enterprise alliances are failed. The main reason is that the data used for partner choosing is inaccurate and the indicator system used is static. In order to solve this problem, a third-party trustworthy system for manufacturing enterprises is proposed in this paper. This system can support dynamic establishment of indicator system. History data of enterprise alliance is also considered in it. Moreover, Internet data is integrated to support partner choosing.
