摘要

During the pushing process,the mechanical structure provides the right initial position,guides the moving and controls the deflection of piston ring,ensuring the end gap of piston ring lies in the field of view of camera and optics with these measures,and in the right detection position.Thus we can guarantee the completion and precision of the image of the end gap of piston ring.Data compensation can decrease the system errors coming from manufacturing errors of standard ring gauges and increase detecting precision.The experiment result shows that the detecting precision meets the demands well and the repeatability of the detection is good.
