Based on the theory of Kansei engineering,this paper appearances design procedure of a coffee machine from the view of consumer,establishes relationship between image semantics and form element,and selects high-grade and lowgrade image to design the project.Through survey and evolution of the project,it verifies the rationality and validity of innovated appearance design and research of automatic coffee based on Kansei engineering.It also verifies the guiding significant of the research conclusion.
