摘要

In the process of measuring thermal conductivity coefficient of materials using transient plane source,heating film probe itself exists heat capacity and its resistance variation make that the probe heating power can't keep constant or be equal to exothermic power.This has a direct effect on the coefficient of thermal conductivity measurement accuracy.In order to effectively improve the measurement accuracy,the two major factors influencing the heating power is analyzed deeply and the theory measurement model is modified in the actual process of experiments on the basis of transient plane source (hot disk),and an improved measurement model is given.Three group measurement experiments on PMMA standard material were made under a data acquisition system.The experimental results show that,the modified model can effectively improve the thermal conductivity coefficient measurement accuracy,and has a very important significance of accurately and truthfully learning thermal conductivity of a material.
