摘要

In terms of natural environment of Quanzhou power grid, as well as the characteristics of its network configuration, local economic structure, present power grid technology and experience of dispatching, the assistant decision-making system of power dispatching against the outside force destruction of power system must be set up. The outside natural factors should be taken into account in the dispatch system in order to improve the accident prearrangement plan and emergency system in the whole process of the management in power grid. Finally, some constructive advices are given for more efficient power system dispatching management.
