In this paper, a micro-electric discharge machine is introduced Its spindle is directly laid on two V - blocks and a high accurate rotation is achieved. Micro-electrodes are formed on the same machine by wire electro-discharge grinding (WEDG). A relaxer pulse generator is designed to achieved 10~(-6)～10~(-7)J micro-dischargc energy. A step motor is used as servo-motor and the fine divided technology is applied.
